I couldn’t get it to open either… I did think about several conversations I’ve had with CrossFit haters… According to them we are a member of a cult…or they don’t like being yelled at…told what to do.
For me? It seems more like a community of people who want to better themselves through guidance from people (members and coaches) who believe in what they’re teaching… Kind of like a cult lol I like it! I don’t remember being yelled at… ordered? maybe lol Told what to do? Absolutely! The kind of guy I am I need that…
A theme I see in CrossFit is the absence of ego… especially the better athletes… That is probably the reason we have haters…they have HUGE egos…
