Ultimate Paleo Fettucine Meal w/ Paleo Bread

10/26/2012:
Barbell Work
6 x 1 clean and jerk complex:
2 hang power clean, 1 hang squat clean, 1 split jerk
*use a weight that allows you to transition between movements quickly
*work on retaining the hook grip all the way until the split jerk
*hit good positions only, if you feel sloppy – take the weight down or rest longer, no ego

CrossFit WOD
2 rounds for time:
100 du’s
50 kb swings – 1.5/1pd
25 push press – 115/75

Gymnastics Development
on the minute for 8 minutes, perform:
max L-seat hold attempt
