Congrats to everyone who SMASHED their time yesterday on the “Baseline” and the “Test”! The hard work and dedication is clearly paying off and the coaching staff couldn’t be more proud.
Speaking of the coaching staff, we have a new addition: Matt Pettit (the dude in the picture above!).
Matt has been a CrossFitter for a few years now, with awesome athletic ability. He is currently obtaining his degree in kinesiology and also coaches CrossFit to a local swim team. For the next few weeks you will see Matt assisting classes and offering some good coaching cues to make you a better mover!
