In the upper right hand corner, under the Resources drop-down menu, you’ll now have access to the Competitor Programming Template (CPT) FAQ.  This page will list the rules, guidelines, and answers to many questions I receive on a regular basis.

If you have any questions that AREN’T on that page, please let me know!

Kara knocking out Rx’d pull-ups in the workout yesterday!

“CrossFit for a Wish” is this Saturday (9/22) up north at CF702!  It’s slated to be an awesome event at the end of their Open House (they moved to a new 12,000sq ft spot)!  Looks like a gnarly workout for an awesome cause…don’t let the Competitor Programing stop you from going up there to do it.
