“CrossFit for a Wish” is this Saturday (9/22) up north at CF702! It’s slated to be an awesome event at the end of their Open House (they moved to a new 12,000sq ft spot)! Looks like a gnarly workout for an awesome cause…don’t let the Competitor Programing stop you from going up there to do it.
