Progress? I think so…

Awesome job to everyone who PR’d their Clean and Jerk!  I don’t think anyone walked out of the gym without making SOME sort of progress on the lifts…

Nate nailing a 245# lift. His body position is too forward, but he had the strength to save it!

Terry working her technique on the split landing – check out that focus and intensity! BOOM!

Danial hitting his second pull/top extension hard – although the bar is starting to get away from him in this shot, he was still able to pull himself into a solid squat position to stand it up.

Theresa said “F#$% you, barbell”…and then made the lift look easy!

Keep up the hard work, everyone!  For today’s workout, focus on your posture and making sure you maintain a flat back.  If you don’t pay attention, your back will hate you over the weekend…NO UGLY movement today!

amrap 2 minutes:
7 deadlifts – 225/165
5 kb swings – 2pd/1.5pd
3 box jump – 30″/24″

rest 1 minute, then repeat 3 more times for a total of 4 cycles…score is total rounds completed.
