Tony Blauer’s “Be Your Own Bodyguard” Seminar
Who: Tony Blauer, one of the world’s foremost experts and coaches in self-defense and creator of the S.P.E.A.R. System.
What: A full day’s instruction from Coach Blauer on an introduction to the S.P.E.A.R. System, real world safety, and how to defend yourself from a real attack.
When/Where: Saturday, September 8th from 10am to 5:30pm at CrossFit Max Effort.
Why: The skills Coach Blauer teaches are functional, natural, and completely in-line with CrossFit training and methodology. This is NOT A FIGHTING COURSE!
Let’s face it guys and gals…having “elite fitness” does NOT guarantee safety in the real world (but it definitely helps!). I’ve had personal experience with Tony (he teaches SEALs) and this intro course is definitely the best single day of training you can get when it comes to self-defense. No bullshit.
