Baby Pistols!

Hugh B. sent me a video proving that pistols are a functional, natural movement for all humans:

(Notice the baby pushing with the single leg!  Amazing!)

To reiterate what I said last night…

If you have ANY feedback for ANY of the Coaches (about ANYTHING!), please approach them and TALK to them about it.  The Coaches know that everyone comes to them with a different background and a different perspective…we won’t get defensive.

Also, feel free to tell the Coaches if they did a good job or anything like that ;-)

My goal with this is to create as open a relationship as possible between us all.  This relationship is built on communication and the better that communication is, the better your results in the gym.  Why?  Because your results are based on the personalization of your experience.  We can’t do this if you stayed closed up all the time and don’t give us feedback.

CFME Coaches –> THE BEST! I enjoy each coach’s unique personality and approach. Add that to the variety of WODs = Awesomeness.

The coaches are awesome sauce! They are always watching us… (kind of like creepers, but in a good way.) They are quick to correct us so we don’t get hurt. They pushing us further each time and are sure to NOT let us get away with being lazy. They take the time to know us, not just our names. Plus they inspire by being the best they can be and keep it real by working out with us during workouts because they have things to work on too. This is part of what makes CFME such a professional and successful box.
