Good first day of SHO

Dang, guys…the 7pm class was PACKED last night with new people.  Typically, this is our slowest evening class – I don’t think Isaac expected it to have 30 people when he showed up.  Poor Isaac :-(

  • Superhero Orientation continues this week – Thursday, and Friday CrossFit classes are open to anyone you want to bring in!
