Monday’s Schedule!

Due to unforeseen travel circumstances (and, really, some much needed rest…) today’s class schedule has changed to the following:

  • 8:30am Prep Course
  • 10am CrossFit
  • 12pm CrossFit
  • 4pm Power Hour and CrossFit
  • 6pm Prep Course and CrossFit

30 kb swings – 35/26
20 push-ups
10 pull-ups

“The Test”
for time:
500m row
20 squat snatches – 95/54
15 t2b
10 hspu
5 muscle-up

7/13/2012 Power Hour Movements:

squat box jumps
ghr
v-ups
