Tomorrow I put my “No Rep!” hat on…

Tomorrow is the first day of competition at the Home Depot Center!  We had a SUPER long day today…I’m beat.  I have to report at 6am to get ready, so I’m headed to bed ASAP.

Hopefully, I’ll have more time tomorrow night to post a decent update.

  • Open Gym is cancelled this weekend.

7/13/2012 CF WOD:
“Hope”
3 rounds, for max reps at each station:
burpees
power snatch – 75/55
box jump – 24″/20″
thruster – 75/55
c2b pull-up

*you have one minute at each station to accumulate as many reps as possible, until you rotate to the next station.  after 5 stations, you get a 1 minute rest.

7/13/2012 Power Hour Movements:
weighted dip
heavy pull-up
windmills
