It occurred to me earlier yesterday that I don’t even know if anyone outside the family members of the Team athletes that are going to Denver to show their support and spectate!
While I know not everyone can take the time off work or justify a weekend vacation to watch a cool CrossFit competition, I do know the Team would LOVE to have anyone there to cheer for them. Plus, it was a pretty awesome set up last year for spectators and it promises to be great this year too!

I’ll be at regionals, I’m working medical support but when I’m not working I plan on busting out the Bull Horn and gettin rowdy and loud
The Smith’s are in as long as Shawn gets clearance from his doctor…I’m excited to go! The CFME is going to kickass!!!!
Zack & team some of our athletes and myself will be there in our shirts to help cheer you guys on. Not sure if we will make all 3 days, sat am is the spartan but after that well be up there.
