Strength Specific Seminars
Ever want to spend a good chunk of time on JUST your Olympic lifts? The Clean & Jerk and the Snatch are among the most complicated weightlifting movements you’ll ever be exposed to and to get better at them you have to practice!
This Saturday the gym will be closed to host “Strength Specific Seminars” – a whole day’s worth of instruction on these specialized lifts from our coach Billy! We will have athletes from all over the valley in attendance to better their technique and understanding. I highly recommend coming down if you can make it. The cost is $150 and you can register at the gym!
