12 Days of Christmas

Come one, come all…

At 4pm, Zach will be giving his rendition of “Come All Ye Faithful” to kick off the “12 Days of Christmas” team WOD!

…just kidding…there will be no caroling…unless it is a ballad of pain and tears…Christmas tears…

“12 Days of Christmas”
in teams of 3, everyone must perform:
1 muscle-up
2 snatch
3 floor presses
4 squat clean thrusters
5 freestanding hspu
6 pistols
7 t2b
8 deadlifts
9 box jumps
10 kb swings
11 burpees
12 triple unders…yes…triple unders

*This workout goes: 1, 1-2, 1-2-3, 1-2-3-4, etc. until you do 1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10-11-12!
*RX’d weight for all barbell lifts is 135/95.  There will be no scaling on the bodyweight movements…that’s why you have teammates ;-)

  2. So you only have a 4pm class tomorrow? Sad Since I don’t get off work till 4… Why only one class tomorrow?

  3. Oops…I have it backwards. The WOD goes, 1, 2-1, 3-2-1, 4-3-2-1, etc to 12-11-10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1!

  4. So one person distracts Zach with shenanigans, possible malarkey, the other person chloroform’s him, and the other person says “yeah, of course we did our triple-unders. You would know this is you weren’t always sleeping on the job”?

  5. Looks like a jolly good time. I might have to stay in town til 5 so I can participate in the fun. Oh, and I’m so bringing my jump rope to the office tomorrow so I can practice at work.

  6. too bad im not in vegas this looks like a fun one. for the record ive got triple unders no problem, we used to practice them for fun in high school (we warmed up with jump rope everyday). pistols and muscle ups however not my bag

  7. also i would kill to see/hear zach sing a christmas carol
